Venue and Seating Information
Located at 3503 S Harbor Blvd, The Observatory - Santa Ana has a tiered, semicircular Music Hall layout and a stated full-buyout capacity of up to 1,700. Most concerts use a general-admission standing floor, giving fans the option to get close to the stage and experience the show amid the crowd. Elevated rear sections offer a broader view with less crowd density, while the venue's VIP area provides reserved seating.
For a high-energy reggae set, the center of the general-admission floor is a natural choice for proximity to the stage. Fans who prefer a less crowded perspective can consider the elevated rear sections; VIP seating is the venue's reserved, more comfortable option. The venue also has an outdoor Festival Grounds for larger events, though the supplied information does not specify its configuration for this performance.
Parking Information
On-site parking is the most direct option, but spaces are first-come, first-served. The venue information gives an approximate price of $10 per vehicle; rates and availability may change on event day. Street parking is described as limited in this business and industrial area, so arriving early or arranging a ride can help avoid last-minute parking searches.

Protoje Anaheim reviews
5 stars for AEW. 0 stars for the Venue and Bridgeport
I hope Protoje never returns to Bridgeport. Police were not helping with traffic at all besides blocking streets to make traffic worse. We got to Bridgeport and were a half mile away from the arena 20 minutes before the event was to start. When we had finally made it to the garage we were told by police that the garage and all of the outside parking lots were full and to park on the street. It was an absolute nightmare getting into the arena. Absolutely terrible experience. Lost my time and money missing a huge amount of time of the show. Terrible dump of a city and location. We were stuck there in traffic trying to make our way to the parking garage for 1 hour 15 minutes and missed an entire hour of the show. This half mile distance took 1 hour and 15 minutes. Horrible experience.
